Just paid up for another year of the Premium downloader. That thing has saved me so many headaches dealing with all of the various upload sites, it was money well spent.

You have to capitalize the J in your username, its case-sensitive.

When I first got my premium account, I was able to click on the download arrow and after signing in and hitting "refresh" I was able to download. I recently updated my firefox to 33.0.2 and now I am completely unable to use the arrow. I can use the downloader, but then have to re-open the mobilism page and click to where I was. Does anyone have a solution for this plse ?

Can you elaborate? Are you unable to see the download arrow, the login window, or something else?

I see the download arrow and when I click on it i go to the sign-in page, but then I stall. The downloader acknowledges me and the account, but there is no blurb about transloading or downloading. I just stalls out. I can download via the downloader, but not with the arrow.

I was trying to d/l this ebook. Got to the sign-in page, then to the acct acknowledge page, then stalled ...nothing happens after that.

@chid, thanks for the reply, I am allowing pop-ups from mobilism.
