Android Instructions:
This requires you to have a rooted Android device. If you don’t then you cannot connect to our server, we are working on fixing this problem
1.Download and Install Hosts Editor from the Google Play Store or Below
2.Open the app and press the + sign on the top
3.In the Hostname field type: gamea.clashofclans.com
4.In the IP Address field type 54.69.151.36
5.Open Clash of Clans and connect! If you cannot connect after following the above instructions, try reinstalling Clash of Clans from the Play Store.

iOS Instructions:
1. Download and Install iFile. 2.Open /etc/hosts in iFile
3.Add a new row like below: game.clashofclans.com
4.Open Clash of Clans and Enjoy! Note: After following the above instructions, you will no more be linked with the official game servers. To revert back, just undo the above instructions.

Update:
Alternate servers:
1. 54.165.135.131
2. 187.121.24.90
3. 216.170.117.178
4. 84.119.160.216
New servers will be added soon.

tried all the above, even re-installing clash of clans yet game won't load. any suggestions?

Tried un-installing/installing.
It's loading after disabling the entry in Hosts file.

I guess it's public servers to start new game but will not enable to use Clash Of Clans network/Clan features.

If you're going to share something of this type, my advise to the poster is clarify instructions. post in a specific spot, don't get people chasing their tail and most importantly ensure that it works. unless you have a dubious agenda.
