The only one I know of is a Samsung only app. It`s called "Sound Assistant".

basically you need android 13 and supported rom. crdroid9, oneui5, miui14 does have this feature it just buried under the settings menu. probably all android 13 based rom has this feature

If you have a Samsung device, then you can use an app called "Good Lock" it's a free app only for Samsung (might also be region restricted - sorry to say), with this app you can do pretty much everything. Works well too.

yes there is an app i am using it and quite satisfied with it the name of the app is "Volume Control +" or simply "Volume Control Panel" i hope it will help you
