Since you can sideload on these VR's and they take .apk files, can you sideload any "Android" .apk games onto it?

I mean i guess but like why? If ur question is if you can side load quest games into the quest then yes, check r/questpiracy for more info on that. You can`t just transfer apks via USB because apps have to be signed
