I need help. I paid for one-month premium downloader after the first trial ended. After the one month started, i clicked on the second trial by mistake and that second trial ended on May 3rd. The one month paid subscription is supposed to end on May 18th but i cannot download anything because the downloader thinks my subscription ended on May 3rd.
Anyone experienced the same issue? Any solution?
