No links working

I don't have direct download arrows and every link I click says the site is down.

devuploads? can't be reached
Mega4upload? can't be reached
upfiles? can't be reached
uploadrar? file doesn't exist (except it was just reuploaded today)

What am I doing wrong?

I'm confused; how come you don't have direct download arrows? Have you tried a browser different from the one you typically use?

Thank you for your help. This helped me realize the problem was on my side. I got it fixed.

If possible could you please elaborate what the issue and fix was? So that in case others have the same issue I'll be able to help them.

The Fix is ridiculous

We have EERO Mesh and my husband paid for EERO plus last week. The EERO plus comes with 'Advance protection' and it blocks all 'suspicious' sites. So it had blocked any downloading sites. I asked here because no matter where I tried to access the sites from in my home they seemed down so I didn't realize it was just my house. Once I figure out it was me, I hit F12 and looked at the logs and I was able to see err_CONNECTION_REFUSED so I knew that I was having a DNS or firewall issue. From there, I figured out it was the stupid EERO router. I canceled Plus and turned off advance protection and I'm back online.
